Swithens Farm

Open Tuesday to Sunday throughout August, Swithens Childrens Farm in Leeds is home to lots of animals for your little adventurers to discover. Meet, interact with and learn all about daily life on a real working farm. Say hello to cows, pigs, sheep, goats, chicken, donkeys….and so much more. There’s even a chance to feed some farmyard friends too.

Cannon Hall Farm
An AAAS Accredited Farm

Cannon Hall Farm is family owned and situated in the rolling Pennine foothills. Spend the day enjoying the beautiful countryside whilst you little ones let of steam in their huge Outdoor Adventure Playground packed full of slides, a tube maze and an incredible zip wire!
Lots of baby animals are born every year at the farm plus, there’s lots to learn in the daily animal demonstrations – and a chance to meet Meerkats too!

Thornton Hall Country Park
An AAAS Accredited Farm

Thornton Hall Country Park is a Yorkshire Children’s Farm with a twist! Climb on board their unique drive through Safari Ride to see a wide variety of animals as you explore over 160 acres of fields and quarry land at this traditional working farm. Included in your Farm Safari is a designated picnic plot and outdoor area to relax in too. Don’t forget to order your food from Roosters takeaway as you take in the beautiful scenery.
